Yellow Tag CDC Sedge is similar made with green butt cdc sedge and works for trout and grayling in the same time. The CDC provides a nice water-print and the long barbs from hackle provide a nice hollow when the fly stay in water film. Like the rest of Peter Durisik flies, the Yellow Tac CDC Sedge can be fished as a diving caddis as well.
I love this fly and I use it all the time when sedge flies are flying in evenings. In Lapland was one of my best sedge for years!

- Hook: Maruto D04 #14-16
- Thread: Brown
- Tail: yellow fluo thread
- Body: Squirrel Dubbing natural mixed with squirrel dubbing in olive
- Wing: CDC natural combined with deer hair
- Hackle: CDC combined with Squirrel guard fur
