Green Butt CDC Sedge

2 No tags Permalink

This fly became “a must” sedge for all dry fly fisherman who like to use sedge flies. The green color from the butt part seems to be highly attractive to fish in Summer and Autumn. Rare in Spring but in certain rivers it catches too. I fish it very often in Sweden in June and July and not only as a dry fly but also as a wet fly. I keep it in current until the fly sinks or I force to sink. When the fly comes up ( due to CDC ) the fish strike it with force. It is super fun to fish in this way.
