The Pink Revolution – Nymph

Yes, it has a strange name 🙂 Pink is more for ladies. We guys are into other colors, we’re not pink lovers…

I started tying this fly for a friend, I didn’t have much faith in it. I have a few extra flies left that I carry with me in the box. At one point I said to try them. I won’t tell you that since then I always have them with me and use them every time. That’s all I can tell you, they have never disappointed me so far 🙂

Materials:

• Hook: Demmon DJS 300BL #12-16
• Thread: Yellow
• Body Thread: Polyfloss pink or light pink
• Ribbing: Perdigon skin in PSMF3
• Thorax: Spectra Dubb in rainbow pink
• Hackle: Natural grey cdc barbs fixed in dubbing loop
• Tungsten: Metallic Pink slotted in 3,5mm for #12 hook
