The pink collar PT Nymph is made to be simple and efficient. All of us know that a pheasant nymph variant will work from starting season till at the end of it. Adding a hot colored dubbing in recipe or a hot spot can be an efficient trigger sometimes.
This version works for rainbow extremely well and grayling take it especially in deep pools and fast currents. So here is the recipe
- Hook: Demmon G600 #12
- Thread: UTC 70 Denier orange
- Body: pheasant barbs from rooster tail
- Ribbing: wire in copper color combined with UV blue Perdigon Flat Tinsel
- Dubbing: Troutline Hot Spot Mix – purple-pink
