It is a stimulator type of nymph that suits for dark colored waters. Tied on #16 hook with 3mm tungsten, these A1 Vitamin Perdigon nymphs will sink fast in strong currents.

The fly is super easy to tie, you need to use an underbody thread to give the best carrot shape body. Then, with the Diamond Body thread in A1, you will wrap the underbody and you will get the best profile.
