This Sedge tied by my friend Peter Durisik is made with hot spot in wing part. It is not very common to see flies tied like this one. Usually a hot spot has the role of attracting the fish. But in this case it has the role of helping the fisherman to see the flies better. Of course it is a very useful thing for us who use eyeglasses 🙂

- Body: Pure Squirrel dubbing natural pine
- Hackle: CDC natural grey mixed with guard fur from Pine/Red Belly Squirrel
- Hot Spot : orange thread
