Body: BodyGlass yellow, honey, etc

Underbody: yellow, green silk or silver, gold, green flat tinsel

Torax: black dubbing

is very simple .before you start the body with bodyglass fix a dubbing loop from 17/0 unithread. When the bodyglass will be finished, you will come with the dubbing loop ( with white dubbing) in open turns. This is the way how to make the gills :)

 

A beautifully tied fly, beautifully photographed. Bellisima!! However,there seems to be an ingriedent missing from the recipe. How do one tie in the furry (antron?) body. It seems to be beneath the bodyglass? Perhaps L'ucien will enlighten us. Congratulations on your many flies.
